Paroter Technologies is committed to protecting user privacy across all services (Paroter, Parojet and ParoChat). These rules follow:

- Cybercrimes Act (TZ) - EPOCA Regulations - TCRA Online Content Standards - GDPR-inspired international protection principles

1. Lawful, Transparent & Limited Data Collection

Paroter, Parojet & ParoChat collects data only when necessary for:

  • Account creation

  • Communication services

  • Platform improvement

  • Security and fraud prevention

  • Legal compliance

We do not sell personal data.

  • Metadata of messages (not message content)

  • Interaction logs (posts, comments, likes)

-Optional Permissions (user-controlled)

  • Photos / media

Users must grant permissions manually.


3. Data Security Practices

Paroter Technologies applies:

  • End-to-end encryption for ParoChat messages (where applicable)

  • Encrypted servers for stored data

  • Access control for employees

  • Regular security audits

  • Fraud and intrusion detection systems

4. User Rights

Users may request:

  • Access to their personal data

  • Correction of inaccurate information

  • Account deletion

  • Data export/download

  • Permission withdrawal for camera, mic, location, etc.

Requests are handled within legal deadlines.

Deleted messages are not stored or retrievable.
