After making a payment, take a screenshot of your transaction receipt and send it to Paroter Technologies Company at info@paroter.com. The Paroter team will convert your payment to USD and add it to your wallet within 24 hours.
Step-by-Step Guide to Top Up Your Wallet
- Open the Paroter App
- Go to the Menu
- Scroll down and tap “Wallet”
- Tap “Deposit”
- Enter your email and the amount you want to top up, then tap “Add Fund”
- Choose your payment method:
- Tanzanian Users: (LIPA NAMBA) M-Pesa, Mixx by YAS, Airtel Money, or Halotel Money
- International Users: SendWave
- The app will display the payment details — follow the instructions and complete your payment
- After successful payment, take a screenshot of your transaction receipt and upload it in the app, then tap Submit
- Your balance will be verified, converted to USD, and added to your wallet within 24 hours
